What is industrial psychology?
Industrial psychology is a comprehensive analysis of human behaviour in a professional setting, such as the workplace. It delves into various aspects of human behaviour and their implications in the workplace.
What does industrial psychology help with?
Industrial psychology is a tool that addresses and resolves issues related to recruitment, placement, training, and professional development of employees. It measures performance and helps with motivation, the implementation of reward systems, workplace structure, and, importantly, it focuses on improving the quality of life of all employees.
Psychologists, therefore, play a crucial role as scientific practitioners.
